RemindUX (https://remindux.com) is a multi-vendor marketplace for digital products and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform, and describes your choices and rights. It applies to all visitors, users, and vendors of RemindUX. In line with best practices and legal guidance, we review this policy regularly and update it at least annually. By using our site and services, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

RemindUX collects the following information from users:

  • Personal Identifiers: First name, last name, username, and email address.

  • Contact Details: Mailing address including street (Address Line 1 and 2), city, state/province, postal code, and country.

  • Product Details: For sellers, a flag or indication of exclusivity for any digital item you upload to the marketplace.

These data are considered personal information. For example, official guidance notes that a privacy policy should list categories like name, address, and email as personal information. Under international data protection laws (such as the EU’s GDPR), these identifiers (name, email, physical address, etc.) are recognized as “personal data” relating to an identified individual. We collect this information directly from you when you register an account, make a purchase, or upload product listings.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve our services and serve relevant content. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the web. Like many websites, we use cookies to recognize returning visitors and save user preferences.

In particular, RemindUX uses cookies to serve you advertisements that match your preferences. We may also use cookies for analytics and site usage tracking in the future; if we do, we will update this policy accordingly.

You can manage cookie settings through your browser; however, disabling cookies may affect certain features of the site.

User Accounts and Data Control

To use RemindUX, you create an account with your personal information. You have control over the data you provide. You can review and update your account information at any time by logging into your account. You may also close your account or request deletion of your personal data from our system.

In accordance with privacy laws, we honor requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information. For example, regulations require that a consumer can ask a business to delete their data or correct inaccuracies. If you wish to exercise these rights (e.g. account deletion), please contact us as described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve RemindUX, to communicate with you, and to market our services (with your consent). For example, data may be used to:

  • Provide and fulfill your purchases of digital products

  • Deliver relevant content

  • Improve our platform

We may send you service-related emails (such as order confirmations or support responses) and promotional emails (newsletters or offers) if you opt in. These marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, allowing you to opt out at any time.

Additionally, we use your data to enhance safety and compliance: for instance, to detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, and resolve disputes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. In practice, this means keeping data for the duration of our business relationship plus any additional time needed for legal or regulatory compliance.

When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Security Measures

RemindUX takes data security seriously. We host data in secure environments and follow industry-standard protections. All data transmissions between your browser and our servers are encrypted using SSL/TLS. Our databases and data stores are encrypted at rest.

We also implement access controls, firewalls, and regular security assessments. Only authorized personnel (employees or contractors) who need the information to do their job are allowed to access personal data.

Despite these measures, no system can be 100% secure; however, we continually review and improve our security protocols.

Sharing of Personal Data

RemindUX will never sell or trade your personal information. We do not share personal data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only times we disclose personal data are as needed for operations or legal compliance. For example:

  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the site (e.g. payment processors, web hosting services, email delivery services, analytics providers). These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to perform services for RemindUX.

  • Affiliates or Business Transfers: In the unlikely event RemindUX is merged or sold, user data may be transferred to the new entity, subject to confidentiality.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose personal data if required by law (e.g. to comply with a subpoena or prevent fraud).

We do not give your personal information to advertisers or sell it for marketing. Any marketing or promotional emails sent by RemindUX are sent through a secure mailing system and include an unsubscribe option.

Licensing of Digital Products

All digital products sold on RemindUX are licensed, not sold as physical goods. Each item you purchase or download comes with its own license terms specified by the seller. These terms define how you may use the digital product (for example, whether personal or commercial use is permitted).

In general, RemindUX grants buyers a non-exclusive license to use the product as specified; the creator retains ownership. Redistribution, resale, or sharing the digital file beyond the scope of its license is strictly prohibited. If a product offers an upgraded (commercial) license, that must be obtained from the seller.

User-Generated Content

If you upload content to RemindUX (such as product listings, images, or comments), you are responsible for that content. You must have the rights to the content and ensure it does not infringe others’ copyrights or violate any laws.

By posting content on RemindUX, you grant RemindUX (and other users) a nonexclusive, worldwide license to display, host, and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your original content, but you authorize us to use it to provide our services.

We also reserve the right to monitor and moderate all user content. We may refuse or remove any content that violates our policies or is otherwise objectionable.

If users repeatedly infringe copyrights or terms, we may disable their accounts.

GDPR and International Compliance

RemindUX is committed to complying with applicable international privacy laws, including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you are an EU (or UK/EEA) resident, you have the rights defined by GDPR. These include:

  • The right to obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and to access that data

  • To correct inaccurate data

  • To request erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”)

  • To restrict or object to processing

  • To data portability

We will honor valid requests to exercise these rights. Any personal data transfers out of the EU are made under appropriate legal safeguards.

Users in other jurisdictions are also entitled to all rights under their local laws. If you have concerns or wish to exercise these rights, please contact us as described below.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years old.

If we learn that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete any such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected a child’s data without consent, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

Third-Party Services and Social Login

RemindUX uses certain third-party tools and login systems to enhance functionality. For example, you may choose to log in via Google or Facebook. If you do so, those providers may share basic profile information (such as your name and email) with us to create your account.

Note that logging in through Google, Facebook, or similar services means those companies may collect information about your activity on our site according to their own privacy policies.

We also use third-party payment gateways and analytics. Each third-party is required to use any shared data only for the services they provide to RemindUX, and subject to strict confidentiality.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers as well.

Contact and Support

If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact our support team at:

We will address your inquiries and help you exercise any rights you have under this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

Your continued use of RemindUX after any changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.

Consistent with recommended best practices, we review our policy at least annually and will notify users if we make material changes.
