This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services purchased on the RemindUX marketplace.
RemindUX enforces a single, platform-wide refund policy. Individual sellers (vendors) cannot override or offer separate refund terms; all customers are subject to the same policy.
Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:
Download/Access Issues: The purchased file or service cannot be downloaded or accessed due to a technical problem.
Misrepresentation: The product or service does not match its advertised features, description, or specifications.
Defective or Faulty Product: The item is defective, corrupted, or not functioning properly as intended.
Duplicate Purchase: The same product was accidentally purchased more than once; only the duplicate order(s) are eligible for refund.
Incorrect Item Delivered: A product or service different from what was ordered was delivered.
Seller/Admin Acknowledgement: RemindUX or the vendor acknowledges a valid issue with the product or transaction.
RemindUX reserves the right to investigate each request and may require proof of the issue (such as screenshots or order information).
Approved refunds will revoke any license or access to the product or service.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Free Downloads: Items listed as free (priced $0) are not eligible for refunds.
Change of Mind: Simply changing your mind or deciding you no longer need the product after purchase is not a valid reason for a refund.
Fulfilled Orders: If the digital product has been delivered, accessed, and it matches its description, it is considered a final sale.
Expired Requests: Refund requests submitted after the 3-day request period (described below) will not be accepted.
Other Reasons: Any reasons not explicitly listed in the Refund Eligibility section above.
Any attempt to obtain a refund under false pretenses or with incomplete information may result in denial of the request.
3-Day Window: All refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order or invoice number and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots or other evidence may be required to support your claim.
Contact Support: To initiate a refund, contact RemindUX customer support by emailing support@remindux.com or using our Ticket. Include your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.
Manual Review: Each refund request is reviewed manually by our support team. We may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
Coordination with Seller: If applicable, RemindUX will coordinate with the product’s seller to verify the issue. If the seller or an admin confirms the problem, RemindUX will proceed with the refund.
Decision and Notification: Once a decision is reached, we will notify you by email or through your support ticket. If the refund is approved, we will process it according to the original payment method.
License Revocation: If a refund is granted, any license or access to the refunded product or service will be revoked, and you must cease using the item.
RemindUX reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the criteria above or is fraudulent.
Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, to the extent possible.
Payment Gateway Limitations: Not all payment methods support automatic refunds. If your payment method does not allow a direct refund, RemindUX support will work with you on an alternative solution (such as store credit).
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider and method.

Digital Nature: As digital goods and services are delivered instantly, RemindUX generally cannot offer refunds for reasons outside those listed above. We urge you to review product details carefully before purchasing.
Service Purchases: For digital services (e.g., custom design work), refunds are evaluated case-by-case. If the service has been delivered or substantially performed as agreed, refunds may be limited. Contact support to discuss any service-related issues.
Universal Policy Reminder: This policy is applied uniformly across RemindUX. Sellers may not offer a different refund or return policy than what is stated here.
